5. Pro Features

The App offers both free and premium (Pro) features:

• Some themes and background images require a Pro subscription
• Pro features are billed as described at the time of purchase
• Subscription fees are non-refundable

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or content

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
